Provide civil engineering expertise related to commercial and/or residential land development including subdivisions, site layout, street and utility design, grading and stormwater management, permitting, specifications, cost estimating, and construction administration Prepare and manage project plans, project budgets, and project schedules from start to completion with limited oversight Work collaboratively on a multidisciplinary team Stay updated with local regulations and standards to ensure projects remain in compliance B.S. in Civil, Water Resources, Environmental Engineering, or a related degree Required Qualifications (Skills/Experience/Certifications)

5+ years of engineering experience in land development Preferred Qualifications (Skills/Experience/Certifications)
