Samsung Austin Semiconductor is looking for a senior level recruiter to be a critical part of the TA team to help drive strategy, mentor junior recruiters, and work the business to source, recruit, and hire top talent. This Recruiter will be responsible for: Consulting with the business to discuss and create staffing strategies and provide guidance on best practices and market trends. Sourcing, recruiting and hiring talent of assigned REQs within specified timeframes. Coaching junior recruiters. Participating in special projects and process innovation as requested. Skills and Qualifications: 10+ years as a technical recruiter in the technology space Bachelors degree in business or STEM field Strong communication and influence skills Collaborative personality to work with various internal stakeholders Total Rewards At Samsung SAS, base pay is just one part of our total compensation package. The base compensation for this role will depend on education, experience, skills, and location.
