Fred Finch Specialized Wraparound is a family-centered, community-based program offering highly individualized mental health and behavioral services for youth and families referred by the San Diego Regional Center. These services include intensive care coordination, safety planning, crisis management, clinical assessments, behavioral and mental health treatment, psychotherapy, and psychiatric medication monitoring.

What You Will Do
The Program Director oversees the delivery of high-quality services for one or more programs serving youth and/or young adults. Responsibilities include supervision, program development, resource management, personnel management (hiring, evaluation, coaching, training), and compliance with regulations and agency policies. The Director manages multiple funding streams, leads program committees, and represents the agency with funders, government agencies, and community partners. Shifts Available

What You Bring to The Table (Requirements) Qualifications
M.A. Degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited institution Licensed as a CA LCSW/MFT for two years or able to meet this requirement within six months if supervising staff accruing licensure hours Experience with designing, supervising, and monitoring behavioral interventions Ability to conduct CANS/ANSA assessments within 90 days if required by the county program Cultural responsiveness in working with diverse families and communities Understanding of developmental milestones for children, youth, or young adults Ability to use trauma-informed de-escalation techniques Clean driving record and CA Drivers License or ability to obtain within 10 days of hire Dependable transportation and personal auto insurance Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Preferred
Post-graduate experience with the target population (e.g., disabled, homeless, teens, or young adults) Experience with program modalities (e.g., school-based, residential, mobile) Assessment, triage, and organizational skills Culturally competent, strength-based supervision and service approach Experience with evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care) Fluency in community languages
