Were seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Internal Wholesaler Manager to join the North American Distribution team at BNY Investments. This role is located in New York. In this role, youll make an impact in the following ways: Direct oversight for the Internal Sales team; accountable for delivering BNY Investments strategic initiatives in the intermediary markets. Report to the head of Sales Planning & Enablement and contribute actively to sales leadership discussions, shaping departmental strategy and decision-making. Drive business leadership: stress?test sales plans, monitor progress vs. targets, and provide market?informed feedback and solutions; partner with RVPs and business leaders to ensure seamless client coverage. Coordinate across NAD to build strong working partnerships with Marketing, Capital Markets, Business Intelligence, Product Management & Development, and other functions to align plans and execution. Elevate sales process & talent: orchestrate a team?selling model across BNY Investments; co?create regional partnership/business plans; implement tracking and reporting with clear metrics; lead, mentor, and develop a growing team; represent the function with industry groups (e.g., ICI).

To be successful in this role, were seeking the following: 10+ years in the asset management industry, including 5+ years in external sales or sales management, with a track record of sales effectiveness and overcoming barriers to meet/exceed targets. Proven people leadership across multi?level sales teams (entry?level to VP), including the ability to attract, develop, motivate, and retain talent; effective career mentorship. Excellent communication and stakeholder management; success collaborating with channel heads and cross?functional partners (Marketing, BI, Product) to drive coordinated client coverage and team?selling. Operational rigor: ability to stress?test plans, monitor performance metrics, and refine tracking/reporting methodologies to improve team effectiveness; high personal and organizational accountability. BA/BS degree.

The base salary for this position is expected to be between $68,000 and $98,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs. This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
