Position Overview

International has built a new, Industry 4.0 manufacturing facility in San Antonio, Texas to develop leading-edge commercial vehicle solutions to meet the needs of today's - and tomorrow's - customers. This new facility has the flexibility to build Class 6-8 trucks along with Electric Vehicles that allow International to add capacity to support anticipated industry growth. Using the Internet of Things (IoT) and connected manufacturing principles, International's newest manufacturing facility will continue growing our market share gains, optimizing our supplier network and improving quality.

We are currently seeking a

Supply Chain Associate 3

to join our plant's Supply Chain/Materials team.

The

Supply Chain Associate 3

will report to the Supply Chain PBA & Inventory Control Supervisor. Will be responsible for working closely with multiple sub-departments within Supply Chain, IT, Production, Quality, and 3rd part vendors. They will maintain synchronization within the Infor LN ERP and WDLS WMS systems. They will be trained and lead LN and WDLS improvement as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).

Responsibilities

Always follow all safety rules and regulations. Managing relationships with multiple departments within the plant and across other International locations for relevant functional areas. Data input and integrity into multiple business systems. Maintain synchronization within the Infor LN ERP and WDLS WMS systems. Perform a variety of complex problem solving and/or analytical activities in support of resolving Engineering Change Document findings, resolve and report any deviations. Maintain documentation for scheduled audits for reporting and review by management, as well as internal and external auditors. Communicate clearly and tactfully with all peers and management. Maintain required metrics and report results. Cycle count and audit material in the warehouse. Focus on achieving department and plant KPI's Minimum Requirements

Associate's Degree At least 1 year of Supply Chain, Materials Management, Procurement or Operations experience OR

At least 2 years of Supply Chain, Materials Management, Procurement, Operations experience Additional Requirements
