Workday Data Conversion Consultant
Hale International are seeking a skilled Workday Data Conversion Specialist to join our client's team and play a key role in a high-profile project. This role will be responsible for managing and executing data conversion activities, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity throughout the process. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in Workday and a proven ability to collaborate with teams to deliver successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Lead and execute data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes for Workday implementation. Validate, reconcile, and troubleshoot data to ensure accuracy and completeness during conversion cycles. Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and map legacy data to Workday objects. Develop and maintain data conversion documentation, including data mapping and validation rules. Support testing cycles by preparing test data and resolving conversion-related defects. Qualifications
Proven experience with Workday data conversion, including hands-on ETL processes. Strong understanding of Workday HCM data structures and configuration. Proficiency with data analysis, reconciliation, and validation techniques. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and functional teams.
Hourly Rate:
80-105
