HR Business Partner Job Summary:

As an HR Business Partner supporting our manufacturing operations, you will work closely with site leadership to align people strategies with business goals. This role will support a workforce of approximately 400 employees serving as a trusted advisor, delivering coordinated HR solutions that drive performance, engagement, and organizational success. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Partnership and Business Alignment:

Work with plant leadership to translate business objectives into people strategies, ensuring the workforce supports the plant's productivity, quality, and cost goals. Use data-driven decisions to align employee performance metrics with the plant's key performance indicators (KPIs). Act as a consultant to management, providing expert HR guidance on long- and short-term business planning. Talent Development:

Lead recruitment efforts to attract and hire skilled personnel for manufacturing roles. Identify training needs and support the development of managers and employees to enhance skills and career growth within the plant. Performance Management:

Design and implement programs to manage employee performance effectively. Partner with the leadership team on talent development and performance management to improve employee contributions and address performance gaps. Change Management:

Identify and support change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and adoption. Coach leaders and employees to foster growth, development, and leadership at all levels. HR Policies and Compliance:

Provide mentorship on HR policies and practices, ensuring consistency and compliance. Collaborate with HR Services to resolve escalated matters related to payroll, leave, and policy interpretation. Qualifications: Preferred Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field or experience. A Masters degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or Business Administration is a plus. Minimum of 4 years of experience in an HR role. SHRM or HRCI Certification is considered further training experience that is valuable. Strong business acumen and ability to navigate complex organizational structures. Excellent communication skills and proven relationship-building abilities. Experience in policy interpretation, employee relations, and coaching through change.
