You will drive all people activities, initiatives, and programs for the entire Woodstock site supporting the Plant Manager and acting as a key member of the plant leadership team. You will lead efforts around people development, talent pipeline, organization efficiency, change management, and cultural transformation to achieve goals around people, cost, and customer service. Own and implement human resource processes including workforce planning, compensation administration, organizational change/effectiveness, process improvement, staffing and pipeline development, training opportunities, and organizational development. Talent:
Drive talent development, engage with the business to plan staffing, and proactively manage staffing levels and talent movements within and across functions. Labor Relations:
Manage employee and labor relations by investigating, resolving, and communicating employee questions, issues, concerns, grievances, and set union labor strategy for the facility. Culture:
Demonstrate Kraft Heinzs mission, values, and initiatives; act as a change champion for the facility. Employee Engagement:
Build strong relationships with employees, advocating for their job enrichment, engagement, and development. Compliance:

Core knowledge of HR fundamentals and the ability to collaborate across HR areas. Experience in a manufacturing environment supporting union-represented employees. Proficiency in workplace technology and systems (e.g., Workday, Kronos, MS Office). Effective communication with senior leadership through data and insights. Excellent organization and time management skills. Ability to manage teams through others. Adaptability and effectiveness amidst changing priorities and multiple assignments.
