Our client is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join their team in Troy, MI.
As an Electrical Engineer, you will be part of the engineering department supporting innovative battery solutions.
Job Title:
Electrical Engineer | Contract to Hire

Troy, MI | 100% onsite
What's the Job?
Responsible for Electrical Design work on Li-ion Battery and other xEV Systems
Develop schematics, wiring diagrams and select components for advanced battery designs
Utilize Labview and follow laboratory and vehicle test procedures to determine system performance and interactions
Support Electrical System Engineering Activities (Requirement & Specifications, DFMEAs, DVPs, etc.)
Coordinate design, prototyping, and testing activities with technicians, co-workers, suppliers, and others
What's Needed?
BS in Electrical Engineering
Minimum of five years' experience in electrical component design
Proficient with testing tools and electrical and battery test equipment
Proficient with PCB board design software such as Orcad, Altium, etc.
High voltage training; High voltage battery design experience strongly preferred
