The Boeing Company is seeking a motivated

Product Data Management Engineer

(Associate, Experienced, or Senior Level

) to join the Bombers portfolio and programs located in

Oklahoma City, OK

. This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) business organization.

The selected candidate will work with a team of Software Configuration Management specialists responsible for the change and configuration control of all Bombers Software products.

Position Responsibilities:

Collaborate with teams to develop, analyze, manage, and verify compliance of process and product baselines for complex products

Define, plan, coordinate, and conduct product and subsystem level technical design reviews and audits for new and derivative products

Analyze complex product trades and changes, developing technically complete change proposals

Contribute to the development and implementation of Configuration and Data Management standards, processes, and tools.

Define and allocate Configuration and Data Management requirements for product hardware, software, and engineering design data systems throughout the product lifecycle

Coordinate the integration of product elements and resolve issues with engineering product structure

Develop, integrate, and implement engineering technical program plans, including impacts, risks, and lessons learned across multiple engineering functions

Work under general direction

Software Configuration Management (SCM) Support

Provide SCM support to the Bomber platform(s) and the Oklahoma City Site. SCM activities include:

Develop builds using checked-in software for unclassified/classified systems, as required

Create Factory Deployment and support software installation

General Software Configuration Management administration:

Configuration Identification

Configuration Control

Change Management

Status Accounting

Perform process management and audit efforts to establish and control configuration baselines of software and data associated with the development effort

Support the overall program software development by producing Software Version Description (SVD) documents, putting software under control, and preparing products for delivery

Our team is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including: Associate, Experienced, and Senior Engineers.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site at one of the listed location options.

Security Clearance and Export Control Requirements:

This position requires the ability to obtain a

Secret

U.S. Security Clearance for which the US Government requires U.S. Citizenship.

Ability to obtain Secret U.S. Security clearance (Post-Start).

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

Bachelor's Degree or higher in mathematics, data analytics, finance, or business

Minimum of 3 years' experience with software development, lifecycle, programming processes, etc

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Experience in Business to Technical Computing Technologies, MS Visio, Servant Leadership, XML, Computational Thinking, Complex Problem Solving, Risk Assessment, Web-based Systems Architecture, Requirements Management, Cloud Computing, general knowledge of FAA regulations associated with parts, Change Management, Estimating, Machine Learning, Modern User Interface Design concepts, Business Management, Enterprise Architecture, LEAN Methodologies, Emotional Intelligence, COTS analysis, GitLab, and JIRA

Minimum of 1 year of experience presenting technical information to executive leadership

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range for Associate: $68,850.00 - $93,150.00

Summary pay range for Experienced: $84,150.00 - $113,850.00.

Summary pay range for Senior: $105,400.00 - $142,600.00.
