This role is critical in supporting compliance, tracking metrics, and improving data efficiency across the site and field operations. This position is part of the EHS team located in Innsbrook, VA and will be on-site. In this role, a typical day will look like: Tracking and validating sustainability and EHS reporting metrics Managing documentation for customer safety programs (ISNETT, Avetta) Supporting verification of EHS compliance items in Veralto's data management system Coordinating fit-testing and respirator verification for field associates Managing access control for EHS programs and eQMS document review Supporting emergency response and safety awareness initiatives at the site Planning and coordinating safety events, including annual Safe Day Acting as central contact for audit schedules and readiness The essential requirements of the job include: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Safety Management, or related field (or 2+ years of EHS experience in lieu of degree) Experience with Cority and KPA Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and ANSI regulations Experience with EHS documentation management and compliance reporting Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ChemTreat is proud to be a part of the Water Quality segment of Veralto (NYSE: VLTO), a $5B global leader dedicated to ensuring access to clean water, safe food and medicine, and trusted essential goods. US ONLY: The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate's position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The compensation range for this role is $60,000 - $65,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
