We are seeking a professional who will analyze existing data sets to identify patterns, trends, and insights to enhance machine learning model development, design and iterate on ML models to address business challenges, and collaborate on data preprocessing and feature engineering to improve input data quality. Build and maintain data/solution pipelines to support training and deployment of ML models, design data structures in data management systems (Cloud platforms Snowflake, GCP, Azure), build custom software components and analytics applications, and create/maintain CI/CD pipelines for ML solutions in the cloud. Implement production deployment strategies, monitor model performance, and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to integrate ML and Generative AI capabilities into projects. Work with the Product team to design a tactical roadmap for ML adoption following organizational best practices. Engage in applied analytics, predictive analytics, and prescriptive analytics using ML/AI, and communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders. May telecommute part-time. Position Requires Building and executing end-to-end machine learning systems automating training, testing, and deploying ML models in cloud platforms Working with ML frameworks, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn Prediction (regression) and classification algorithms and deep learning, reinforcement learning and generative AI Programming skills in Python or Java Developing ML or AI solutions with Python, AWS, AZURE, or GCP Using Docker, Kubernetes and containerization Using ETL to develop pipelines (Airflow/Kubeflow/Dataflow) Writing and understanding SQL Data architecture, including data structures or data schemas

Requirements

Employer will accept a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in an AI Engineer-related occupation; alternatively, employer will accept a Masters degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field and 1 year of experience in the job offered or in an AI Engineer-related occupation.
