Company Description Our Job Corps programs provide life-changing services that help young people succeed in school, obtain good jobs, excel in their chosen fields, and serve as contributing members of their communities. We accomplish this through an intense commitment to safety, quality service, excellence, and partnerships. Job Description: Coordinates and oversees search and seizure activities and conducts investigations as assigned. Ensures civil rights are not violated and all proceedings are in compliance with Department Of Labor, Company and legal guidelines. Maintains effective public contact and communication. Ensures compliance with health and safety practices. Ensures compliance with Department Of Labor guidelines and The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Program regulations. Conducts in service training for center staff as required. Conducts training for subordinates in all aspects of center safety and security. Must report unsafe conditions to supervisor anytime an unsafe condition arises. Completes required security logs, documents and records in a timely manner. Controls disturbances and assists staff in de-escalating the volatile situations. Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Three years of security or law enforcement experience, one of which was in a supervisory capacity. Bachelor's Degree in criminal justice or related field preferred; or a combination of education and experience. Valid Driver's License and good driving record.
