Leasing Consultant - Encanto Lofts - Albuquerque, NM
Were excited to announce a Leasing Consultant position at Encanto Lofts in Albuquerque, NM. Responsibilities Welcomes and engages prospects, residents, and guests in person and by answering the phone. Prepares and schedules property viewings, conducts property tours, and interviews prospective residents. Addresses and resolves residents and prospective residents questions, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner. Processes potential resident applications (screening and reviewing results), renews existing residents, and creates rental agreements. Inspects property conditions and ensures cleanliness standards are met. Coordinates with maintenance and housekeeping when needed. Maintains organized and updated resident files and records. Reports any problems or issues to the Community Manager (or respective Leasing Manager). Maintains a professional, courteous manner with all residents, vendors, contractors, and fellow employees. Ensures compliance with work-related activities in a fair, ethical, and consistent manner. Helps promote resident activities. Completes any other assigned duties.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; degree preferred. Ability to read and write English fluently; basic mathematical skills required. Strong verbal and written communication; presents a positive, professional image. Excellent time management and organizational abilities; strong customer service orientation. Bilingual preferred but not required. Solid computer skills, including MS Office (Teams, Word, Excel); experience with property management software preferred (e.g., Yardi, Resman, Onsite). Must have a valid drivers license, current automobile insurance, and reliable transportation.
