Administrative Assistant

Ocean Bay, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC. and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking an Enterprise System Program Analyst to join our Team in Arlington, VA.

Ocean Bay is seeking a highly skilled professional to support its mission of enhancing, securing, and maintaining information technology infrastructure in support of registrants and personnel. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in IT systems, cloud services, enterprise applications, and cybersecurity, as well as experience extracting data and building interactive dashboards to ensure the reliability, scalability, and protection of mission-critical systems. This role requires technical proficiency, strong problem-solving ability, and collaboration skills to deliver secure, innovative technology solutions that advance the Section's operational goals. Regular and predictable attendance is essential, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Position Responsibilities

Extract, organize, and record data in tracking systems, maintaining historical versions of application material.

Gather and analyze information to support problem-solving and process improvement.

Review and enter data to ensure all databases are accurate and up to date.

Handle requests for information and data; resolve administrative problems and inquiries.

Analyze financial and operational data; develop solutions, recommend new systems or procedures, and support organizational efficiency.

Present findings and recommendations to management and assist in implementing approved changes.

Conduct research and analysis to support studies on organizational efficiency and productivity.

Leverage enterprise systems and cloud tools (Power BI, ServiceNow, Microsoft SharePoint, AWS) to extract data, build interactive dashboards, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to support operational priorities.

Enhance, secure, and maintain IT infrastructure systems in alignment with organizational objectives.

Implement and monitor technology solutions to improve system performance, reliability, and security.

Manage enterprise tools (Power BI, ServiceNow, Microsoft SharePoint) to support reporting, workflow automation, and collaboration.

Integrate Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) to streamline system interoperability.

Support AWS services and other cloud-based tools to ensure scalable and resilient infrastructure.

Ensure compliance with federal IT standards, security policies, and audit requirements.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for registrants and personnel systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, leadership, and end users to deliver reliable technology services.

Prepare technical documentation, reports, and records to support compliance and operational transparency.

Position Requirements

U.S. Citizen; must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance and remain drug-free.

Must have a Bachelor's degree

Minimum of five years of experience as an analyst or in a related field.

Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills; excellent proofreading and professional demeanor.

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills; detail-oriented and able to anticipate operational needs.

Intermediate to advanced skills in manipulating and analyzing data.

Experience performing research using multiple data sources and systems preferred.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency with Power BI, ServiceNow, Microsoft SharePoint, AWS services, cloud tools, and APIs.

Ability to extract, analyze, and visualize data using enterprise platforms and reporting tools.

Experience in data analytics and dashboard development in Power BI.

Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures, including filing and record-keeping.

Demonstrated experience managing and maintaining secure IT infrastructure systems.

Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, tools, and best practices for protecting sensitive data.

Familiarity with access control, encryption, and authentication technologies.

Experience conducting risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies.

Strong technical troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve complex IT issues.

Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical issues into user-friendly terms.

Ability to prepare clear technical reports, documentation, and compliance records.

Proven ability to work under tight deadlines while ensuring IT services remain secure, reliable, and continuously available.

Position located in Arlington, VA.

The salary range for this position is $60.000.00 - $66,500.00.
