CI Cyber Threat Analyst-Strategic (Level IV)

Conducting cyber threat analysis and producing counterintelligence assessments. Identifying and evaluating anomalous cyber behavior and potential insider threats. Integrating data from multiple intelligence and cybersecurity sources. Supporting damage assessments and producing formal reports and recommendations. Collaborating across IC and DoD components to develop and coordinate countermeasures. Supporting agency supply chain risk management (SCRM) initiatives with cyber CI expertise. Preparing and delivering strategic and operational briefings on cyber threats and mitigation strategies. Applying knowledge of GEOINT systems and emerging technologies to assess adversarial collection threats. Minimum Qualifications

11+ years of counterintelligence or cyber threat analysis experience. Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related field. Demonstrated experience supporting CI cyber activities, investigations, or operations. Familiarity with tools such as Palantir, ARCSIGHT, RSA Security Analytics, and Tripwire Analytic Capability (TAC). Proficiency with IC Directives (ICD 503, 704, 731, etc.) and federal cybersecurity standards. Excellent writing and briefing skills. Active TS/SCI security clearance. Desired Qualifications

Master's degree in a relevant field. Graduate of a federal or DoD CI training academy. Experience producing formal IIRs and CI Threat Assessments. Technical certifications such as CEH, CISSP, or Security+. Experience supporting SCRM or insider threat programs. Pay Range: $110,000-$125,000 The Ennoble First pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
