Gulfstream Staffing has recently partnered with a rapidly growing wound care organization. We are currently seeking candidates for a Regional Vice Presiden of Sales & Operations opportunity.
The Regional Vice President (RVP) is responsible for the performance, growth, and operational execution of multiple markets. The RVP is a growth- oriented local leader and primary connector between central leadership and field teams. Success is measured by market performance, provider productivity, revenue cycle performance, and overall team development. This is a hybrid position requiring regular in-market travel.

Regional Vice President Duties:
Business Development & Market Growth:
Leads regional sales efforts with a focus on supporting business development team in generating referrals, especially with high-value accounts. Operational & Clinical Leadership : Oversee regional operations, including patient intake, scheduling, provider coverage, and quality of care. Team Leadership & Development : Recruit, onboard, and coach business development and clinical team members in coordination with functional and national leaders. Regional Vice President Qualifications:
8+ years of healthcare sales leadership (wound care, home health, skilled nursing or related strongly preferred), operational leadership a plus. Proven track record in multi-market management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to synthesize data and act decisively. Experience leading teams, including clinicians and business developers. Market experience and relationships preferred. Travel required (80%) Regional Vice President Compensation:
