Full-Time Maintenance Technician
Location: Metro Detroit (Exact location disclosed during interview)

The Role: We're looking for a hands-on, all-around maintenance technician who knows how to troubleshoot, fix, and finish the job right the first time. You'll be the go-to for day-to-day upkeep and emergency calls across our apartment units and grounds.
Must-Have Experience In: • General carpentry (doors, trim, drywall patching, framing) • Plumbing (toilet installs, sink/faucet repairs, clogs, leaks, PEX/copper/ABS/PVC work) • Electrical (replacing fixtures, outlets, switches, troubleshooting breakers) • Appliance installation and repair (fridge, stove, dishwasher, washer/dryer) • HVAC (basic troubleshooting, filter swaps, thermostat installs - EPA cert a plus) • Painting (interior, prep work, taping/clean lines) • Flooring (vinyl plank, tile patching, carpet repairs) • Lock changes and rekeying • Basic roofing and gutter maintenance • Exterior upkeep (power washing, sidewalk patching, snow/ice removal)
Bonus Points If You Have: • EPA Certification for HVAC • Experience working in occupied units with professionalism and respect • Your own truck/van and tools (we help with materials) • On-call availability for emergencies (rotating schedule)
Requirements: • 5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience (residential preferred) • Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Strong communication and reliability • Ability to work independently or with a small team • Valid driver's license and clean record
