Project Manager/Estimator

to join our team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who can balance precision in preconstruction with strong leadership in the field. You'll play a critical role in bidding, planning, and delivering

concrete structure projects, primarily DOT bridges and heavy highway work , while ensuring jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and profitably.

Key Responsibilities

Review drawings, specifications, and job sites to determine scope of work Perform accurate quantity takeoffs and prepare cost estimates Prepare and submit competitive bids to owners, contractors, and agencies Coordinate execution with superintendents, subcontractors, and field crews Support scheduling, procurement, subcontractor management, and billing Track job costs, productivity, and material needs Ensure compliance with OSHA, and DOT requirements Maintain proactive communication with owners and stakeholders Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience 5+ years of PM/Estimator experience in heavy highway or concrete bridge construction; however, we are willing to train the right candidate Proven track record on complex DOT projects Strong understanding of concrete structures, job costing, scheduling, and field management Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with HCSS or B2W preferred Excellent communication and leadership skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing project demands Subject to pre-employment drug testing and background checks Preferred Qualifications

Experience with both public and private sector projects Hands-on field experience leading crews and managing equipment Familiarity with OSHA, and DOT compliance standards Established relationships with owners, agencies, and subcontractors Advanced proficiency with HCSS/ B2W other estimating/project management software
