Job Responsibilities Develop Custom Treatment Plans: Assess individual patient needs and create tailored therapy strategies to help them reach their functional goals. Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Utilize research-based interventions to improve patients' motor abilities, cognitive functions, and daily activities. Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech therapists, medical doctors, and nursing staff to provide thorough, integrative care. Guide Patients and Families: Teach patients and their caregivers therapy methods to encourage sustained improvement at home. Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical success and make necessary adjustments to treatment to ensure patients remain on track. Qualifications

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution. Commitment to ongoing education and pursuit of additional certifications encouraged. Licensure

Current

Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)

license. NBCOT

(National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is a must. Skills
