The Role

We're seeking a Sales & Subscriber Support Specialist to provide essential administrative and operational support to our sales team while gaining exposure to the full sales process. This entry-level position is ideal for someone with strong customer service experience who wants to transition into sales and learn the fundamentals of B2B SaaS sales. You'll work directly with our CRO and the rest of our team in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. What You'll Accomplish

Maintain and update CRM records with prospect and client information Schedule demos, meetings, and follow-up calls for the sales team Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and demo materials Process sales contracts and coordinate with legal/finance teams Generate sales reports and pipeline analytics for the leadership team Organize and maintain sales collateral, case studies, and competitive intelligence Lead Qualification & Research (30%)

Conduct initial outreach to warm leads via phone and email Qualify inbound leads and schedule appropriate follow-up activities Research prospect companies and key decision-makers Support partner lead management and distribution Assist with trade show lead follow-up and nurturing Client & Partner Support (20%)

Support partner onboarding and training coordination Help coordinate client success activities and renewal processes Assist with demo preparation and technical setup Support marketing campaigns and lead generation activities What You Bring

Required Qualifications: 1-2 years of customer service, administrative, or office support experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Comfortable learning new software platforms and CRM systems Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities Preferred Experience: Previous experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) Basic understanding of B2B sales processes Experience in financial services, compliance, or professional services Familiarity with SaaS business models High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred Success Attributes: Eager to learn and grow within a sales organization Positive attitude and strong work ethic Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment Comfortable with technology and quick to adapt to new tools Interest in developing sales and business development skills What We Offer
