Job Duties Design Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess individual patient needs and develop personalized therapy strategies aimed at achieving their specific functional goals Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methodologies to improve patients' motor abilities, cognitive function, and daily living skills Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team: Work alongside OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive and integrative care Educate Patients and Families: Teach patients and their caregivers effective therapy practices to promote continuous improvement at home Monitor Progress and Document Outcomes: Evaluate clinical responses and adjust treatment plans accordingly to ensure steady progress for all patients Education Required

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Commitment to ongoing professional education or additional certifications is encouraged Licenses/Certifications

Current and active

Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)

license NBCOT

(National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory Desired Skills
