SAP PI/PO (Process Integration/Orchestration) Middleware Subject Matter Expert (SME) is a full-time role available in two locations. Anticipated posting end: ongoing; travel up to 10% (Continental USA). Clearance: NACI. Employee type: Regular. Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement integration solutions leveraging SAP PI/PO and SAP BTP Integration Suite, including SAP APIs, web services, and other middleware platforms. Define and implement end-to-end business process flows by orchestrating multiple systems and applications, designing message mapping/transformations, and ensuring smooth data flow and transaction handling. Configure, implement, and support adapters including IDOC, RFC, JDBC, File, ABAP Proxy, SOAP, HTTP, REST, SFTP, and JMS. Collaborate with stakeholders, solution architects, and developers to design integration solutions based on business requirements and provide guidance on integration best practices. Leverage REST/OData adapters for real-time integrations and data access. Apply expertise in Enterprise Service Repository (ESR), System Landscape Directory (SLD), Advanced Adapter Engine (AAE), Runtime Workbench (RWB), Service Interfaces, and Proxy Framework to design and configure complex interfaces. Manage Integration Repository (ESR) and Integration Directory processes. Monitor and manage alerts, exceptions, and system performance in SAP PI/PO. Conduct performance tuning and code optimization of integration solutions. Utilize technical proficiency in Java and hands-on experience in graphical, Java, and XSLT mapping. Deliver integration projects end-to-end, including design, code, test, debug, document, and review development efforts. Maintain and monitor integration landscapes, ensuring data flow reliability and system stability. Provide support for system integrations, process orchestration, and BTP-based cloud integrations. Document integration designs, configurations, and processes for reuse and knowledge sharing. Support migration and management of the BTP integration suite and other middleware services. Provide technical design specifications and develop or modify design interfaces as needed. Perform system testing of interfaces. Qualifications

Required: Deep expertise in SAP PI/PO (7.5 dual stack ABAP + JAVA). Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite, including iFlows, Cloud Integration (CPI), API Management, Event Mesh, and Integration Advisor, and deploying and managing integrations on hyperscaler environments. Strong knowledge of REST, OData, SOAP, and messaging adapters. Proficiency in ESR, SLD, AAE, RWB, and Proxy Framework. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues. Technical proficiency in Java, XSLT, and mapping tools. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders (executives, managers, SMEs). Strong understanding of IT architecture, hyperscaler cloud, and ERP SAP S/4HANA development. Experience working in large, team-oriented environments; ability to work independently. Must be able to obtain NACI Clearance. Minimum of 8 years of related experience. BS/BA degree. Must be a U.S. citizen or a green card holder. Pay range: $98,500-$206,800. This range is a national average; final compensation is influenced by location, experience, and other factors.
