Job Description
Responsibilities of a Traveling Construction Superintendent:
Supervise day-to-day construction activities on job sites across various locations Manage all phases of construction for ground-up and remodel projects Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, materials, and inspections Ensure quality control and enforce company and OSHA safety policies Communicate progress with project managers, clients, and vendors Maintain daily reports, logs, and photographic documentation Travel extensively to project locations across the U.S MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
The Successful Traveling Construction Superintendent will have:
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction Proven success managing Walmart, Costco, or grocery store projects Experience in both ground-up construction and interior/exterior remodels Excellent understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and permitting processes Strong leadership and communication skills Proficient with project management and reporting software (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid) Willingness to travel 100% of the time What's on Offer
