Industrial Maintenance Technician
Automation Personnel Services is looking for Industrial Maintenance Technicians for a company based in Largo, FL. In this job, you will have the opportunity to advance your career while being a key part of a well-established printing manufacturer. Pay rate: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour, depending on experience Schedule and Hours: Monday through Friday, day shift. Must be available to work overtime and weekends as needed. Industrial Maintenance Technician Duties and Responsibilities: Perform preventive maintenance and repair industrial equipment such as engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and printing production machines. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic & hydraulic systems. Responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, repairing, and installing electrical systems across our machinery equipment. Identify problems by observing mechanical devices in operation; listening for problems, using precision measuring and testing instruments. Read and interpret mechanical drawings and schematics. Utilize test devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes to ensure system safety and compatibility. Removes defective parts by dismantling devices; using hoists, cranes, and hand and power tools; and examines the form and texture of parts. Maintains equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level. Keeps detailed maintenance records. Prepares mechanical maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. Execute established preventative maintenance programs and assist with new equipment installations and upgrades. Industrial Maintenance Technician Requirements and Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems. Skilled in repairing mechanical equipment and machinery. Excellent troubleshooting and installation skills. Ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics, and blueprints. Comfortable with troubleshooting PCL and CPU. Proper use of all hand and power tools (including multimeters, micrometers, and calipers). Team player with strong problem-solving skills.
