Job Title: Lead Data Engineer/ArchitectDesignation: Lead Data Engineer/Architect

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Data Engineer with a strong background in Data Engineering and Architecture. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in ETL processes, data visualization using Tableau, and cloud data platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake. This role requires a strategic thinker who can design and implement robust data solutions that meet business needs while ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes to support data integration and transformation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for data solutions. Implement data architecture best practices to ensure data quality, security, and compliance. Utilize Tableau for data visualization and reporting, providing insights to stakeholders for informed decision-making. Leverage Databricks and Snowflake for data storage, processing, and analytics, optimizing performance and cost-efficiency. Conduct data modeling and design data warehouses to support analytical needs. Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline performance, ensuring timely delivery of data to end-users. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in data engineering and architecture. Mentor and guide junior data engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Mandatory Skills:
Strong expertise in Data Engineering and Data Architecture. Proficient in ETL tools and processes. Hands-on experience with Tableau for data visualization. Experience with Databricks for data processing and analytics. Proficient in Snowflake for data warehousing solutions. Solid understanding of AWS cloud services and architecture. Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with machine learning concepts and tools. Experience with data governance and data quality frameworks. Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or Scala. Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications in Data Engineering or Cloud Technologies are a plus. Proven track record of successful data engineering projects.
