As a Strategic Account Executive, you'll spearhead our enterprise-focused department, taking full ownership of key client relationships and driving growth within complex, global organizations. This is a strategic leadership role focused on penetrating accounts, uncovering new opportunities, and expanding our footprint across multiple divisions, regions, and stakeholders. What You'll Do
Own & Expand Key Enterprise Accounts:
Build trusted relationships with 10-20+ stakeholders across multiple regions. Develop Custom Account Strategies:
Address each client's unique structure, priorities, and decision-making processes. Identify & Cultivate New Opportunities:
Create a strong and sustainable account presence across divisions, departments, and geographies. Be a Strategic Bridge:
Ensure a unified and high-impact approach across Customer Success, Sales, and senior leadership. Navigate Complex Organizations:
Connect with multiple decision-makers, from operational leads to C-suite executives. Shape Our Enterprise Sales Motion:
Collaborate directly with leadership to refine our strategy.
What You'll Bring
8+ years of experience in enterprise account management, strategic sales, or business development (SaaS or technology preferred). Proven track record of penetrating large, complex organizations and driving significant account growth. Deep understanding of multi-stakeholder engagement and success influencing decision-makers. Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. High level of creativity in approaching new opportunities and solving client challenges. Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup.
