$60.00/hr - $65.00/hr Responsibilities
The Workday Integration Analyst provides HR system administration, including business process configuration, reporting development, end-user training, and data management in support of maintaining Workday as a leading employee experience platform. This role partners with Workday team members, IT, business partners, vendors, and leaders to meet HR technology needs. Primary responsibilities include: Configuring complex Workday business processes, focusing on Recruiting, integrations, and troubleshooting. Managing Workday functions such as tenant configuration, data loads, integrations, and reporting. Evaluating workflows to ensure effective system use and identifying efficiency improvements. Maintaining system standards and documenting processes accurately. Providing end-user support, change management, issue resolution, testing, and training. Performing data management actions like mass uploads via EIBs and testing integrations. Creating auditing reports to assess configuration changes. Developing and maintaining documentation for system specifications and changes. Ensuring compliance with audit standards. Implementing Workday methodologies across projects. Serving as a domain expert for feature releases, issue resolution, scope, and system enhancements. Fostering collaboration across HR and tech teams to deliver excellent support. Engaging in Workday Community, User Groups, and continuing education. Supporting business partners in understanding Workday functionalities. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience. 3+ years of Workday HCM experience across at least three modules (Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Payroll, Time, Absence, Benefits). Workday Pro or Certifications preferred. Experience with Workday Integrations preferred. Deep knowledge of Workday processes, configuration, and security. Attention to detail and follow-through skills. Clear communication skills in verbal and written formats. Experience with cloud-based, multi-tenant systems and teamwork skills. Additional Details
