Sign On Bonus : $10,000 Key Responsibilities:
As ADON: Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) in overseeing the day-to-day clinical operations of the facility. Support nursing staff with training, mentorship, and performance oversight. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and standards of care. Participate in care planning, audits, and quality assurance initiatives. As Wound Care Nurse:
Assess, treat, and manage a variety of wounds including pressure injuries, surgical wounds, and ulcers. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized wound care plans. Educate staff on wound prevention, treatment protocols, and skin integrity. Maintain timely and accurate documentation of wound care and healing progress. Qualifications: Current
RN license
in Wisconsin E
xperience
in long-term care or skilled nursing setting Wound care experience required ; Wound Care Certification (WCC, WOCN, or equivalent) preferred Previous leadership experience (ADON, Unit Manager, or similar role) strongly preferred Familiarity with
ventilator/trach care
is a plus-but not required;
