In this role, you will oversee real estate transactions from contract execution through closing, ensuring every step runs smoothly and on schedule. Responsibilities include reviewing contracts, managing deadlines, communicating with clients, agents, lenders, and title companies, and ensuring compliance with all legal and brokerage requirements. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and skilled at multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential to provide a seamless and stress-free experience for clients and team members. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from executed contract to closing, ensuring deadlines and requirements are met. Review purchase agreements, disclosures, and addendums for accuracy and compliance with brokerage and legal standards. Coordinate communication between clients, agents, lenders, title companies, inspectors, and other parties involved in the transaction. Maintain detailed transaction checklists and timelines to track progress and ensure no steps are missed. Submit required documentation to brokerage, MLS, and compliance departments within established timelines. Provide regular updates to clients and agents to ensure a smooth, stress-free experience throughout the process. Proactively identify and resolve potential issues or delays to keep transactions on track for a successful closing. Qualifications

Must have a valid Real Estate License. Strong knowledge of real estate contracts, disclosures, timelines, and compliance requirements. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to interact professionally with clients, agents, lenders, and title companies. High attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing contracts and documentation. Proficiency in real estate software, CRM systems, and standard office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, DocuSign, MLS systems). Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and solve problems proactively in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer service mindset with a focus on creating a positive client experience. Compensation
