You will be trained to perform the following duties: Assist with the complete fumigation process, including sealing, tarping, introducing fumigant, conducting fume readings, and aerating/de-gassing facilities. Use handheld computerized equipment to manage service, document issues, and conduct gas readings during fumigations. Read, understand, and follow labels and MSDS forms for hazardous chemicals. Effectively communicate with customers as needed. Inspect, maintain, and properly utilize Personal Protection Equipment (PPE). Position Details:

This is a field-based position that may require travel to Salina, KS, and surrounding areas. Minimum Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent. Must be 18 years or older due to the nature and hours of work. Valid Driver's License. Ability to understand labels and SDS forms for hazardous chemicals. Two years of work or military experience. Ability to obtain required fumigation certifications and licenses. Willingness to travel overnight during peak season. Ability to work overnight shifts and be on-call as necessary. Effective communication in English, both verbally and in writing. Ability to obtain a state fumigation license, TWIC card, and CDL with Hazmat endorsement. Background check and drug test including THC are required; no immigration sponsorship available. Physical Demands:

Use of respirator or Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus. Lifting up to 70 pounds. Work in various conditions including confined spaces, extreme heights, and different weather conditions. Preferred Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience reading product labels and mixing chemicals accurately. Proficiency with equipment used in fumigation management and electronic data recording. Computer skills including industry-specific software, Microsoft Office, and mobile devices. Compensation and Benefits:

Hourly rate: $19.00/hour, eligible for overtime. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life, disability insurances, 401k, pension, paid time off, holidays, parental leave, employee stock purchase, and other programs. Additional benefits info is available on our website. Additional Notices:

Applicants may need to undergo additional background checks, drug testing, and be vaccinated against COVID-19 unless accommodations are requested and approved. The role requires the ability to access secure facilities with a TWIC card and to obtain a CDL with Hazmat endorsement.
