Overview

The

Director of Nursing

plays a key leadership role in the delivery of clinical services. The Director of Nursing oversees the nursing staff, ensures quality patient care, and manages administrative and regulatory responsibilities. Must be an RN! Responsibilities

Provide leadership

to nursing teams to achieve high standards of patient care, drive innovation, and promote a positive and collaborative work environment. Foster a supportive presence

by creating a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents. Collaborate

with departments, professionals, consultants, and regulatory agencies to promote safe and effective care. Clinical excellence

through hands-on expertise, critical thinking, and clinical judgment to deliver high-quality care. Teamwork and communication

to maintain open, respectful, and effective communication with staff, residents, customers, and family. Qualifications

Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana. Minimum of three years clinical experience in geriatric care, with at least one year of experience as a departmental manager in a skilled nursing setting. Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence. Ability to work varying hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
