Lead quality initiatives throughout the product lifecycle to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and compliance. System Audit Process: plan and conduct audits; track corrective actions; maintain QMM procedures and ensure instructions are up to date. Reporting: manage IDC (Internal defect cost) and EDC (External defect cost); control and report FFR (Field Failure Rate) and Isochrones; lead EWL (Early Warning) reports and follow up countermeasures. ISO 9001 Certification Process: promote QMM management system manual, policy, and objectives; review concessions and participate in risk assessment; promote QMS and support continual improvement. Projects and Change Management Process: act as team member for ECR projects; review and approve sustaining ECR; lead quality engineering activities for new and existing products ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements; develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes, procedures, and metrics; collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Customer Support to identify, analyze, and resolve product quality issues; drive continuous improvement using Six Sigma, Lean, or Kaizen; utilize statistical tools and software to analyze quality data and generate actionable insights. Value Stream Support Process: collaborate with value stream manager on Q-Basics assessments; support product shipping holds and related QMM activities. Additional Responsibilities: promote FMEA method; support QMM team and other areas as necessary; manage supplier quality communications from RMA. Your profile
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in product quality engineering. Strong knowledge of quality systems, standards, and methodologies. Proficiency in quality tools such as FMEA, quality metrics, 8D, root cause analysis, and ISO. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Contact & additional information
