$65.00/hr - $75.00/hr Insight Global Supporting Utility Client Program Analyst Oakland 3 days a week 6 Months + extensions into 2027 We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Program Manager /Sr Business Analyst to lead centralized metrics tracking, process development, and onboarding/offboarding operations for a dynamic team. This role requires strong Project Management experience with Power BI, Excel, and process automation tools, and will play a key role in establishing a command center for program visibility and performance. Key Responsibilities: Metrics Management:

Develop and maintain centralized dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI and Excel. Command Center Setup:

Lead the creation and operation of a program command center, with regular onsite presence in Oakland HQ office (3x/week). Forum Updates:

Ensure timely updates and coordination across internal forums and communication channels. Process Development:

Design and implement scalable processes for program operations, including onboarding and offboarding workflows. Automation Support:

Build and maintain Power Automate flows and Power BI dashboards to streamline onboarding/offboarding. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with program leads, analysts, and technical teams to ensure alignment and data accuracy. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an analyst supporting large-scale programs. Strong experience with Power BI and advanced Excel functions. Proven ability to organize and manage complex metrics and reporting systems. Experience in process creation and improvement. **Proficiency with Power Automate or similar workflow automation tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Seniority level
