A Brief Overview The Real Estate Transaction Manager partners internally and externally to procure Safelite retail sites, negotiates leases and monitors leases to effectively manage and maintain Safelite business operations. S/he will use superior people skills to deliver excellent service to all stakeholders while maintaining our positive culture and values. What You Will Do Manages individual site selection processes and coordination with local brokers and field leaders Develops strategies for individual lease negotiations Evaluates potential landlords Identifies third-party brokers to provide real estate services in specific markets and builds strong relationships with them Maintains and interprets local market data Conducts lease negotiations and oversees lease document preparation and signature Maintains relationships with landlords and aids in landlord tenant dispute resolution Collaborates with field finance and field leadership to create business cases for each transaction Collaborates with construction managers to ensure on-time delivery of new locations that meet brand standards Performs other duties as assigned Complies with all policies and standards Education Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Required Experience Qualifications 4-6 years Required Commercial real estate experience with a regional or national scope of responsibility Required Skills and Abilities Thorough knowledge of site selection and commercial real estate negotiation processes (High proficiency) Strong communication skills and demonstrated ability to drive significant positive impact across a large-scale operating company (High proficiency) Ability to travel as necessary (up to 30%) (High proficiency) Our people are passionate about what they do, the product they sell, and the customers they serve.
