Kforce has a client that is seeking a Recruiter in Juno Beach, FL. This role is responsible for full life-cycle recruitment from requisition creation to onboarding. The Recruiter plays a pivotal role in the talent acquisition department by helping drive candidate demand, hiring talent, managing the candidate experience and building relationships with business stakeholders. This position works closely with hiring managers to understand their needs in order to identify the right talent and ensure goals are met. Responsibilities
Develops and executes sourcing strategy while identifying top talent; independently and creatively sources talent Develops a pipeline of both active and passive candidates in niche areas as determined by market needs and business strategies Conducts phone screens, manages the interview process, and coordinates interview debriefs while providing a consultative value Executes offer process from negotiation to onboarding Focuses on candidate experience while being highly responsive to both candidates and hiring managers Develops expert-level knowledge of the applicant tracking system Learns the company, its businesses, complexity, and products to explain and provide a business case for candidates wanting to work for the organization Leads and participates in cross-functional projects related to talent, recruiting, sourcing, and landing top talent Engages in continuous development related to OFCCP, Affirmative Action Plans (AAP), general compliance, military hiring, and other diversity initiatives Performs other job-related duties as assigned Qualifications
Experience in a similar recruiting role or substantial knowledge, experience, and abilities to perform the listed responsibilities Relevant education and/or training is a plus Notes on compensation
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs.
