Application Development Intern
.
What You'll Do:
As an intern, you'll gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced software developers and technology leaders. You'll contribute to real projects that support our customer-facing digital banking applications and learn how enterprise software is designed, developed, and maintained.
Your responsibilities may include:
Assisting with software development tasks such as coding, testing, and debugging
Participating in team meetings and contributing ideas to improve user experience and system performance
Supporting documentation efforts for technical processes and application features
Learning and applying best practices in software development and agile methodologies
Collaborating with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers
Shadowing team members to understand how technical decisions are made and implemented
What We're Looking For:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field
Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
Basic understanding of software development principles and database concepts
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Bonus Skills (Not Required):
Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
Experience with version control tools like Git
Interest in digital banking or financial technology
