Our commitment to employee well-being creates a workplace where individuals feel valued, fulfilled, and motivated.As our team continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced HVAC Lead Installer who’s ready to make an impact.Key Responsibilities:Install residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems with precision and efficiencyCollaborate with team members to plan and execute installations per project specs and industry standardsMeasure and cut materials including ductwork, piping, and electrical componentsConnect HVAC systems to existing infrastructure, ensuring safe and proper operationTest systems post-installation, troubleshoot issues, and make necessary adjustmentsDeliver outstanding customer service by answering questions and offering maintenance guidanceFollow all company policies, procedures, and safety protocolsAccurately complete documentation including work orders, inspection reports, and inventory logsQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent (HVAC vocational training preferred)Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar roleStrong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation practicesFamiliarity with local building codes and safety standardsAbility to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manualsSkilled in using hand and power toolsExcellent problem-solving and attention to detailStrong communication and customer service skillsValid driver’s license with a clean driving recordBenefits:Company truck, gas card, phone, tablet, and uniformMedical, prescription, dental, vision, group life, HSA, and matching 401(k)Ongoing training, development, and growth opportunitiesPaid holidays, vacation, and trainingCompetitive salary with bonus potentialSupportive, team-driven work environmentEmployee discounts on Reimer services and productsCompensation: $75,000 - $120,000 annuallyReady to take the next step in your trades career?
