Develop fresh insights and creative strategies to build Credit Karmas relevance and differentiation in market. Collaborate with Research and Product Marketing to inform these strategies, and with Media, Growth Marketing and Creative Production to deploy in market Partner closely with ECD and the creative team to devise provocative strategies to spark innovative and impactful marketing campaigns, leveraging consumer, industry and cultural insights, as well as deep knowledge of digital marketing trends Bring in-depth understanding of brand messaging strategy and full funnel marketing dynamics to inform concepting and creative direction, including: consumer behavior, best practices and measurement approaches by funnel stage, channel (TV, OTT, digital, social, landing pages, email, push, in-product) and platform; as well as social landscape, trending content, and channel/audience specific performance. Collaborate with Paid Marketing and Social Strategy to develop integrated cross-channel strategies to drive key business goals Own reporting on creative effectiveness and impact. Analyze performance data, extract actionable insights and drive optimization plans in partnership with Marketing Analytics and Growth Marketing Develop strong relationships with cross-functional partners and be able to influence at senior levels across marketing Proactively surface new opportunities to unlock growth and pitch innovative ideas for bigger business impact Whats great about the role

7+ years of experience in a Brand Strategy, Creative Strategy or Brand Planner role working directly with creative teams (either in-house or at a Creative Agency). At least 2 years in a Senior-level role with at least some experience as a Strategist at a Creative Agency. Demonstrable strategic contributions to groundbreaking creative initiatives that are notable for their innovation, originality and effectiveness in driving measurable success A proven track record of using data at all levels of decision making and operations both quantitative and qualitative What we would like to see

Ability to build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships, leveraging keen emotional intelligence and powers of persuasion Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills A passion for creating transformative consumer experiences, and a track record of inspiring impactful creative via cultural, consumer, competitive and company insights High energy and positive attitude with a "can do," solution-oriented mindset Familiarity with various research methods used to inform, vet and optimize creative development, with an ability to drive research directly if needed Pay Transparency Notice

Its all part of a more comprehensive DEI strategy that helps level the playing field. The base salary range for this role is $220,000-$237,000, plus equity and benefits.
