About the role
Candidate will support assigned service calls for 7-8 retail stores within a geographical area. Will be responsible for the mainteance, repairs, and installations for commercial roofing systems. Company vehicle, gas card, tools, IPad, and IPhone will be provided.
What you'll do
Repair and install different types of commercial roofing systems such as TPO, EPDM, BUR, Single-ply, coatings, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems.
Diagnosing and resolving roof leaks, performing emergency repairs, and installing roofing materials in accordance with industry standards.
Safe operation of hand and power tools.
Climbing and operating on ladders, able to handle at least 50 lbs.
Follow all safety guidelines and regulations.
What you'll need
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of 2 years of related experience and/or trade school training.
Possess and maintain a valid driver's license and good driving record with periodic checks
Possess necessary skills to functionally operate a "full size" van/truck.
Excellent social skills, including oral and written communications
Uses computer and / or PDA for work order system, email, and training.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Mobile Roofing Technician position is $52,000 annually [or $25.00 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Mobile Roofing Technician position is $68,640 annually [or $33.00 per hour]. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
