The
Business Process Analyst
is a management track-level position within Midland Mortgage, a Division of MidFirst Bank's Business Initiatives team. You will present recommendations for process redesign, project manage initiatives, and develop your leadership skills. This role offers the opportunity to work with senior management, pursue creative ideas, manage projects to resolution, and build valuable relationships and influence. It is a challenging position with excellent upward mobility and exposure to all aspects of the business. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive reviews and document business processes to recommend improvements for efficiency and effectiveness. Create and manage detailed project plans to ensure successful initiative implementation. Oversee the implementation of solutions such as process redesigns, technological advancements, and internal controls. Coordinate training for personnel affected by process modifications. Communicate and present effectively to management and staff at various levels. Manage multiple projects to completion, ensuring satisfaction of business operations. Participate in management training and development.

This position is on-site at our corporate campus in north Oklahoma City. Candidates must reside in this area or neighboring states to be considered. Position Requirements Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, Management, Organizational Leadership, Supply Chain Management, Entrepreneurship, Industrial Engineering, or MIS with a minimum GPA of 3.25, or 2+ years of experience in workflow management, business process design, project management, or system implementations with a minimum GPA of 3.0 (higher than 3.25 preferred). Exceptional analytical skills, excellent communication skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage multiple projects, and work under deadlines. Skills including creativity, self-motivation, organization, attention to detail, inquisitiveness, and problem-solving abilities.
