Business Process Analyst

Phoenix is rapidly expanding and seeks a Business Process Analyst to contribute to its growing team. In this position, you are part of a team responsible for identifying process inefficiencies across all business operations and driving improvement through process re-design and/or technology solutions. Drive positive changes in business processes and standard operating procedures Listen to and understand stakeholder needs and requirements for project deliverables Navigate culture to develop working relationships with stakeholders/project team Challenge status quo beliefs and foster a culture of continuous improvement mindset Work in complex and demanding environments to drive towards objective Create and build documentation of business process maps that can be used to develop intelligent automation solutions
