Job Summary:
Wolfchase Hyundai is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented dealership title clerk to join our team in Memphis, TN.
The title clerk ensures the accurate and timely processing of all vehicle titles and related documentation for sold, traded, or auctioned vehicles. This role involves maintaining compliance with state regulations, collaborating with sales and finance departments, and providing exceptional support to customers regarding title and registration matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Process new and used vehicle titles and registrations in compliance with state laws
Prepare and submit required documents to the DMV, lien-holders, and customers
Maintain title records, tracking status and resolving discrepancies
Process title corrections, duplicates, and lien releases
Assist with wholesales and out-of-state title work as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior experience as a title clerk, DMV clerk, or in automotive administration preferred
Strong knowledge of state titling and registration requirements
Strong knowledge of state titling and registration requirements
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
