Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Maintenance Electrician to join their team. As a Maintenance Electrician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting electrical systems and equipment maintenance. The ideal candidate will have problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift:
Monday - Friday 10pm - 6am (22:00-06:00)
What's the Job?
Install electrical components in equipment such as gas mixers, burners, de-ionized water units, air compressors, and lighting systems
Troubleshoot, adjust, and repair electrical equipment, circuit boards, transducers, and complex devices
Perform preventative maintenance on electrical systems and machinery
Identify inefficiencies and coordinate with supervisors to resolve electrical issues
Program logic controls (PLC) to ensure proper equipment operation and assist in designing new electrical procedures
What's Needed?
Broad training in electronics, typically acquired through an associate's degree or equivalent work experience
At least 2 years of relevant job experience in industrial electrical systems
Experience with PLC programming, troubleshooting, HMI, and industrial networking
Knowledge of electrical testing equipment, wiring diagrams, and schematics
Understanding of safety practices, hazardous material handling, and basic electrical codes (NEC)
