JOB DESCRIPTION We are currently seeking an experienced individual to work in our estimating department. The successful candidate will review and evaluate blueprints and designs to prepare estimates for contractors and customers. Qualifications
Strong mathematical and computer skills are a must. Knowledge of the construction field, practices, and building materials is required. Professional communication, good follow-up, and record-keeping in our CRM system are integral parts of the job. Candidates will be organized and able to juggle multiple projects and associated documents at one time.
Plus:
Material takeoff experience, familiarity with millwork pricing software programs, AS400, and CRM experience. Overview
