Essential Job Summary:
The position of Data Administrator is an opportunity for the right individual to join a growing team. Reporting to the Data Admin Supervisor, the primary purpose of this position is to serve as the primary point of contact for our internal sales team, as well as to act as a liaison between other departments, including billing, operations, and sales. This role combines manual data entry with the growing use of automation tools and workflows, requiring adaptability and a willingness to learn new technologies as they are introduced. The right candidate will blend a sense of ownership with strong communication skills. The position is based on a 40-hour work week. The position will be hybrid, with 4 weekdays in our Teaneck, NJ office.

Receive and process incoming requests from sales representatives
Collaborate with the billing, customer service, and operations teams to manage customer and sales requests
Enter and maintain accurate data for both new and existing customer accounts in a timely manner
Support both manual and automated processes as the department continues to expand its automation initiatives
Manage complex situations and respond promptly to service requests to meet customer and sales commitments
Work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Process sales orders in an accurate and timely manner, and demonstrate excellent follow-through on assignments and inquiries
Adapt to frequent changes in systems, processes, and work environment during business growth
Additional duties as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications:
1+ years of professional business experience (including college internships)
Strong technical/computer skills, including MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) Experience with Salesforce and/or Tower is a plus
Ability to work across both manual and automated workflows; openness to learning and adopting new technology
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer focus; ability to provide superior customer service to internal and external customers
Ability to work comfortably and professionally in a dynamic and collaborative environment
Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet all deadlines with minimal supervision, and strong attention to detail
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime, to meet business and workgroup needs
Fluency in English required; bilingual Spanish or Mandarin is a plus
Strict attention to detail and data accuracy
