Position Summary

As an HR Business Partner Senior Manager, you will work closely with senior management within specific business units or regions to develop and implement predominantly medium to long-term HR solutions aligned to business strategy. You will be supported by centralized HR professionals who specialize in particular functions. Responsibilities

Collaborates with senior executives and business leaders to understand the organization's strategic direction and translate it into Human Resources strategies and initiatives. Assesses the organization's structure, identifies opportunities for optimization, and develops strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness. Provides thought leadership and strategic advice on people-related issues, helping to shape the overall business strategy. Leads or participates in HR projects or initiatives aimed at enhancing HR processes, employee engagement, or diversity and inclusion efforts. Utilizes HR data and analytics to provide insights and recommendations to business leaders by analyzing workforce data, identifying trends, and developing metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives. Provides strategic HR guidance, influences decision-making, and fosters strong partnerships across the organization. Supports change management initiatives and fosters employee engagement by helping leaders communicate and manage change, address employee concerns, and create inclusive work environments. Provides guidance and support to business leaders on employee relations matters and performance management. Ensures HR policies and practices align with legal requirements and industry regulations. Required Qualifications

At least 7 years relevant work experience Adept at problem solving and decision-making Adept at collaboration and teamwork Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) Adept at business intelligence Willingness to travel up to 10% (including airplane) Preferred Qualifications

Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) Education

Bachelors Degree required; equivalent years of related professional work experience may substitute. Pay Range

The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is

$82,940.00 - $182,549.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the companys equity award program. Benefits
