Overview
Real Estate Analyst - Dallas, Texas Company: Fortress Investment Group LLC Key Responsibilities Assist in the proactive asset management of a portfolio of opportunistic commercial real estate debt investments across various property types including office, hotel, retail, condo, industrial, senior housing, and multifamily. Review and analyze business plans, loan documents, lease approvals, construction draws, leasing activity, and monthly property operating performance. Interact with Borrowers and operating partners to ensure compliance with loan documents, debt covenants, and operating agreements. Analyze key operating metrics and present asset level performance on a monthly basis to the asset and portfolio manager. Re-underwrite and value real estate (all asset classes) by building property level financial models and performing DCF and/or direct capitalization analysis. Perform property level Due Diligence and market studies. Stay current on financial markets and competitive trends and use this expertise in the due diligence and evaluation process.
Required Experience
At least two to three years of experience working in the real estate finance industry.
Qualifications
A Bachelors degree from a top university with a GPA of at least 3.5.
