About the Position A well-established, private oral surgery practice located in Leland is seeking a
board-certified or board-eligible Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon
to join their busy and growing team. This is a full-scope, office-based opportunity with a strong foundation in extractions, implants, bone grafting, and other outpatient procedures. The practice is currently seeing all major insurance payors (excluding Medicaid for now) after previously operating as fee-for-service — and remains flexible depending on the right candidate’s preferences. The current schedule is
Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM , and the practice typically generates
$10,000–$12,000/day
in production. The surgeon uses
CRNA support
to help increase efficiency and case volume. This role is well-suited for a provider looking to hit the ground running with excellent referral relationships and a strong procedural mix. Compensation and Benefits $1,200/day guarantee
or
40% of net production , whichever is greater
