We are seeking a dedicated
Senior Consultant, Health and Safety
to assist our ever-expanding client base in addressing a wide range of safety challenges including: Auditing/Assessments Behavior-Based Safety Biohazards Chemical or Lab Safety Data Analysis Electrical Safety and NFPA 70E Fire Prevention Industrial Hygiene Laser Safety Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) Machine Guarding Process Hazard Assessments Robotics Safety Safety Process Improvement Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement innovative health and safety programs and strategies across various domains, including Injury Illness Prevention Plan (IIPP), hazard communication, occupational health programs, and safety management systems. Identify and enforce corrective actions to guarantee compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations. Collect, review, and analyze field data to evaluate conditions, presenting information to implement effective solutions. Provide training, field coaching, and tailored EHS assessments to help clients improve their safety performance. Collaborate enthusiastically as a team member on various projects, ensuring quality standards in project deliverables. Continuously pursue learning opportunities through internal and external training, while engaging in interesting projects that enhance your expertise. Visit client sites throughout the Bay Area, addressing their most urgent health and safety challenges directly. Assist innovative companies in developing solutions to complex technical and regulatory issues. Understand how your work aligns with clients' business objectives and help them achieve these goals. Build strong client relationships and encourage repeat business by consistently exceeding expectations. Begin to establish a robust network within ERM and beyond, leveraging collaborative skills to tackle multi-disciplinary challenges. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Occupational Health, Chemistry, Environmental Engineering, or a related science field. Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in technology, pharmaceutical/biotech, manufacturing, power, chemical, and oil and gas sectors. Experience managing project staff, budgets, and expenses is highly preferred. Willingness to travel frequently within the Bay Area and occasionally outside of it. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently while also thriving in team environments. Strong work ethic with a passion for continuous learning and professional growth. Valid driver’s license required; frequent travel to client locations is part of the role. Knowledge of California and relevant federal EHS regulations. This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship. Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree or equivalent in Environmental, Chemical, Engineering, or a related field. CSP, CIH, or similar certification is a plus. Compensation for the

$100,474 to $127,553
annually, affected by factors such as relevant education, qualifications, experience, location, and performance. This role also qualifies for an annual discretionary performance bonus.
